All Star Cheerleading is one of Canada’s fastest growing sports. It combines components of gymnastics tumbling, stunting, dance, traditional cheer motions and, most of all, FUN. In All Star Cheer there is a team and level for everyone…from the inexperienced beginner to the most advanced cheerleader. Our program follows Cheer Canada / USASF guidelines for the 2019-2020 season. This allows us to start at the age of 3 with tiny novice and move up the leveling/age system to provide teams for all athletes.
Tiny Novice:
Tiny Novice is an introductory to cheer for athletes ages 3 to 5 and will compete at two competitions in the 2019-2020 season. Practices will begin in September and are once a week for 1.5 hours. This program teaches all the elements of cheerleading including motions, jumps, tumbling and floor stunting. It is a great way for younger athletes to learn about cheerleading in a safe controlled environment.
Tiny Prep:
Tiny Prep is a level 1 cheer team for ages 5 to 6 and will compete at two/three competitions in the 2019-2020 season. Practices will begin in September and are once a week for 1.5 hours. This program is the first step to stunting at level 1 as per Cheer Canada's guidelines, as well athletes will work on motions, jumps and tumbling.
Competitive Cheer:
