Meet Shawna! Started cheerleading during high school and simply fell in love with it. After high school I began coaching at both junior and senior high schools. When all star cheerleading started in Edmonton I was so excited to become an athlete again and compete in competitions around Canada, the States and at the Cheerleading Worlds in 2011. With over 20 years of coaching experience, I have coached all levels and ages, from mini level 1 to open level 7 and everything in between, including tumbling classes and private lessons. Currently an International Cheer Union Facilitator and get to meet coaches from all over helping them continue their growth as a coach. Cheerleading is a sport that is constantly changing, there is always something new to learn and each season I grow as a coach and gym owner. This season I get to start a new journey, not only as a coach but as a co-owner of Dynasty Cheer Allstars. Cheerleading has forever changed my life, it has become my passion and I am excited to see the sport grow in Calgary.

Hey my name is coach Faithe (aka Bob). I’m going into my 10th year of cheerleading, my skill level ranging from 1-4. I was on Titanium this past season and now on Titanium and Chrome! I was a Junior coach for 2 seasons. I love all the friendships I’ve made at Dynasty. I’m looking forward to growing as a Coach, I’m also working to be certified.
Hi, my name is coach Kaila. I have been a cheer athlete for 10 years ranging from levels 1-3 and a junior coach for 3 years. This will be my 5th year being a part of the DCA family! I look forward to learning and growing as a coach as I work towards being certified.
I started cheerleading in 2014 when I was 9 years old at Dr. Morris Gibson and continued to do scholastic cheer until I was 13. I moved to all star in 2019 and started on a Junior 2 team and I have since cheered from levels 1-4. I started junior coaching when I was 14 and have now been coaching for 3+ years. I got certified in January of 2020 and got my level 2 certification in May of 2021. I also have done recreational gymnastics and dance alongside cheer but cheer has always been my passion. I did a pom duet last year which was super cool and exciting. I absolutely love coaching because it's challenging and very hands on and I love working with kids. I love seeing them successful and having the same passion I do.
I started my cheerleading journey in 2017 as a part of the University of Calgary's cheerleading team. Although I may have been later to start than many in cheer, I found a love for the sport that took me to Dynasty where I have been a member on Chrome since 2019. Recently, I have been able to a be a part of the Calgary Stampeders Hype to showcase elite cheerleading skills to Calgary's football games.
I look forward to working with athletes to help them find all that cheer has brought into my life: confidence, strength, and friends who always lift you up (literally)!
I was first introduced to cheerleading when I joined my school team and it was love at first stunt. Since then I've been involved as an athlete for 8 years and a coach for 6 years. I'm looking forward to continuing to further my coaching knowledge in this ever changing sport and pushing myself to be the best coach I can be. My favorite part of cheerleading is the life long friendships that come with it.

Meet Michael aka Mike. Started cheerleading in high school in my home town Saskatoon. Once I moved to Calgary I found myself involved with Xtreme Cheerleading where I was an athlete on the Coed Level 6 team for three years. Growing my love for the sport each year I also became involved in Roughnecks Drill Team, which included performances at home games. In 2008 I started with Pythons Cheerleading, during my time at Pythons I was an athlete for three years, and was a competitive cheerleading coach for six years. As an athlete I attended Worlds the three years I competed, however, even though I was finished competing I was not finished with the sport. I continued to coach all skill level ranging from youth to open. For the past two years I have had the privilege of coaching Senior 2 & 3 athletes, as well as coaching several private lessons varying in age and skill level. I cannot wait to continue my journey as a coach and to start my journey as a gym owner. I am excited to see the sport of cheerleading grow in Calgary.
